At AutoDocs Global, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and replacements are provided.
1. Refund Eligibility
- You may request a refund or replacement if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Refunds will not be issued for products that are opened or used.
- Returns initiated after 48 hours of delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
We may request supporting evidence such as photographs or an unboxing video for verification.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes earlier.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
4. Shipping Charges
In the event of our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover return shipping.
If a return is initiated for any other reason, shipping costs are non-refundable.
